Jenkins Estate
Tract
2 is one of the possible landing sites for the second
causeway.
This estate consists of two large tracts.
Buena Vista Road
divides Tract 1 from Tract 2. The road continues south as FM 510 and
connects with SH 100 in Laguna Vista.
Tract 1:
447 +/- AC This tract is located to the west of Buena Vista Rd. with a
5000
ft. frontage on Buena Vista Rd and a 1.5 mi. frontage on FM 510.
Tract 2:
A 1332 +/- AC waterfront tract extending from Buena Vista Rd to the Laguna Madre with a 3178
ft. frontage on Buena Vista Rd.
This waterfront tract has direct access to Laguna Madre and is
located north
of SPI Golf Club.
640 +/- AC located adjacent to Tract 1 are also available on a separate
contract.
