Jenkins Estate
Tract III is one of the possible landing sites for the second
causeway.
This estate consists of two large tracts.
Buena Vista Road
divides Tract II from Tract III. The road continues south as FM 510 and
connects with SH 100 in Laguna Vista.
*Tract II:
447 +/- AC This tract is located to the west of Buena Vista Rd. with a
5000
ft. frontage on Buena Vista Rd and a 1.5 mi. frontage on FM 510.
Tract III:
A 1332 +/- AC waterfront tract extending from Buena Vista Rd to the Laguna Madre with a 3178
ft. frontage on Buena Vista Rd.
This waterfront tract has direct access to Laguna Madre and is
located north
of SPI Golf Club.
